Five Firs Eco Tourism Centre, based at Murdocks Lane, 3 miles from Bangor and only a 20 minute drive from Belfast City Airport and the Ferries, offers bed and breakfast, self catering and conference facilities.
 
Set in an oasis of rural tranquility and surrounded by moss and drumlins, the eco friendly features include:
 
*     a wind generator providing sustainable energy
 
*     reed beds beside the fishing lake
 
Guests may avail of the facilities which include coarse fishing and the relaxing atmosphere with hens, ducks, donkeys, sheep and goats.
 
It is an ideal base from which to explore the many attractions and local activities with walking, swimming, golf, equestrian, leisure, cinema, shopping, yachting, water sports and entertainment nearby.
There is stabling for horses and pets can be accommodated by arrangement.
